Similarly customers can check www.xe.com for approximate currency conversion rates.
We only ship to the confirmed billing address that is associated with the card used for payment.
ORDERS
Orders placed by customers are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered within 4-5 business days. All orders are inspected thoroughly before shipping and placed in a leather pouch. The Leather pouch that is holding your 18 karat gold jewelry is then bubble wrapped and placed within a shipping package with your name and address on it. The package will also contain the invoice with your order details.
All orders are shipped from Canada. If you have any questions you can always call us or contact customer support at any time.

SHIPPING
All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days and delivered within 5 business days. All orders are shipped from Canada using Canada express post or DHL.
Orders are shipped with signature confirmation on delivery and someone must be available at the time of delivery to sign for the package as our parcels are never left unattended. If no one is available the courier will leave a notice for pickup at your nearest postal service office.
We provide customers with online tracking so that they may track their package every step of the way until it is safely delivered.

18 karat gold jewelry is 75% gold and 25% metal alloy. 18k gold color is closer to gold color compared to lesser karats as 14k and 10k. 18k gold is more valuable and great for investment purposes. By buying 18 karat gold you know that you’re not spending money on jewelry that will be thrown away or tarnish and change color. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the date on which payment for an order has been received. In order to reduce the chance of a fraudulent purchase on your credit card, a member of our fraud prevention team may reach out to you or your credit card company in order to verify your purchase. In the event that this occurs, the shipment of your order may be delayed by an additional 1 to 2 business days so that we may complete the verification process.

IF I REQUEST INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR CUSTOM AND DUTIES?

Please be advised that you bear full responsibility for any and all customs fees, import duties, taxes, or other local charges resulting from international shipping, including all such costs associated with any exchanges or returns. These charges are beyond our control as they are set by the customs authority of the destination country, and they depend on a number of factors, such as local VAT rates and local import taxes.
DO I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
When your item has been shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number. Once you have received your tracking number, please make note of the date and approximate time when your order is expected to be delivered, as an adult signature is required.
IS MY PACKAGE INSURED DURING TRANSIT TO ME?
Yes GOLDAHOLICS insures against loss while in transit to you. Once the package has been delivered to you, the jewelry is now your responsibility and all insurance protection provided by GOLDAHOLICS during transit ceases.
WHAT IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE TO SIGN FOR THE DELIVERY OF MY ORDER?
If you realize that you will be unavailable on the date on which your order will be delivered, please contact the postal service for rescheduling the delivery. Postal couriers typically make three delivery attempts prior to returning the shipment to our fulfillment facility. If your shipment is returned, you will be responsible for any additional shipping fees incurred to redeliver your order. Please make sure to track your package while in transit and make sure that someone will be available as all our orders are never left unattended and we require signature confirmation upon delivery.
MAY I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
We are a small business with limited resources and we disclose all information about each piece. Please ask as many questions and request videos. We can also do a facetime meeting to show you the piece your interested in via WhatsApp. We cannot accept any returns and all sales are final.
